A subject you enjoyed this semester

This semester has been very exhausting, I have 6 subjects, 4 of them are mathematics and the other 2 are more humanistic. In some subjects we have a practical class, like Estadistica or Programacion. The one more hardest for me this semester has been Càlculo 3, I don’t know what, maybe because is too fast, I mean the teacher speak so quick that I can’t even take note of everything, the test last for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the time it’s not enough, really get me nervous that, I feel like I will not be able to finish. But not all the subjects are so terrible hahaha  don’t know if I have one that I really like but one that really surprise me was fisica. At the star of the semester I thought that fisica will be hard to me, that I will be suffering all the semester, but it hasn’t be like that, I kind enjoy it, but not for the teacher, because her voice make me fall sleep Zzzz she speak so slow and its boring the class. It’s my personal work at home that I have been enjoying.

A free-themed topic

Today's post is a free one, in my case, I decided to talk about my family which is a very long theme because there are so many things that I can say about my family. Today I will just talk about my sisters. The older, Valentina, is 24 years old, is an pedagogy student at UMCE, she don’t like cats L she see a lots of online series, read manga and a every kind of literature. The next is Tamara, 22 years old, psychology student at U. De Chile, she’s so good to make friends and have a really active social life, the most curious is that she is very hardworking in the university and its already finishing her career, she is more like a mom to us sometimes, more than Valentina who is the older. After Tamara, the next it’s me, and then Rocio, 18 years old, she is the most intelligent and hardworking, sometimes she said that she want to study medicine, but I’m not sure if she really wants that, also she is the most grumpy, some days I can’t even tolerate her, but at the end of the day

A career-related website

The topic for today is about a career related website I enjoy visit. After a minutes thinking I remember “Scielo” http://www.scielo.cl/ a Scientific Electronic Library Online with a lot of national magazines in all field of knowledge and its developed for Comisión Nacional de Investigación Científica y Tecnológica. I meet Scielo while I was looking information for a report, an assistant of the subject told me to search in the page, I open the page and I discovered a trustworthy and complete site.  I have been using Scielo since that time and has been very useful in all the works of my career, that’s because include magazine in all field of knowledge, like a mention. I use the page every semester, besides use for university work, if you are interested in some topic you can use the electronic library, is open to all the public. The page count with two languages, Spanish and Portuguese, the Portuguese I think because the idea of create a s cientific electronic library was from a Br

Favourite music or concert

My one and only concert was one of Silvio Rodriguez, I went with my 3 sisters, my mom and her boyfriend. Was a very special concert to me because Silvio has a very special music, and was my first. Where in Movistar arena, some years ago, I don’t really remember the date. My mom give to us the tickets with the idea of a family plan besides we are all fans of Silvio, from little both of my parents listen to Silvio and we grow up listening him too. I remember my sisters and I travel from Rancagua to Santiago but we get lost in the way!! And we were late ahahahah my mom was so angry with us, and when we arrive at the concert my mom didn’t want to talk to us ahah was so funny, and was a very good experience in all the ways, Silvio writes really beautiful songs that touch my heart.

A free-themed post

My free topic today will be my pets, I love them so much and they make me so happy, at the day I only have one dog, my dear Prudence, she names Prudence for The Beatles song “Dear Prudence” what is very funny because she is so animate and crazy. In the past I have a lot of animals, like cuyis, another dog, but never a cat. None of my parents like cats, so I can’t have one, sometimes in my mind I create an evil plan where I take a cat hidden to my house but scare me the reaction of my family, maybe I will do that plan, and maybe not. The turns of life are so crazy. At least I can say that I have my dog, I know people that never have any pets and I think that animals are one of the best things that life has.

A photograph you like

Hi everyone, today we have to talk about a photograph and I’m feeling nostalgic about my native town with the rain make me feel so nostalgic. This photo is about a placer close to my house in Rancagua, I took it in one of my walks, I usually go past that street and every time I do it I can’t help smiling, and love it. It’s just kind of magical for me, never mind the time of the day, night, morning or afternoon I still think that is a lovely place. I have lots of photos of this place, hahaha every time I pass Itake a photo. I don’t know why I love this place some much, maybe due to the way the trees are located one by one, or the way that it’s so lonely most of the time…or how the lights illuminate the street, maybe it is the feeling  that generates in me…maybe…but have a “I don’t know  what” that a I really like.

My favourite piece of technology

I think that my favorite technology device is my phone; I can do a lot of things with it. I started to use a cellphone at the age of 14 approx., but just the past 2 years I realized how useful it was, and that’s why I like it so much, you can search for information quickly, you can call someone, it takes high quality photos, uses google maps to locate a place, makes videocalls with someone in another place, through Youtube you can listen to music, and even study with videos. But not everything is good with a phone, we need to be careful with our personal information, there’s a lot of crazy people, and be careful with the time we spend using our phones, initially I couldn't control how long I spent on the phone and this got out of control, but now I’m older and I have more control of my time.
